What you will make: During this class you will make a pendant from silver clay, decorated with the texture and detail from your loved ones fingerprint. Silver Clay is a malleable material, which once dried and the binder burned away, transforms into solid silver (fine silver 999). This session suitable for all abilities.

What you will learn:  You will be introduced to the tools and equipment as we use them, where i will explain each stage as we go. I will show you how to roll, cut and texture your silverclay, drying processes, sanding and refining the clay, all before firing in a small kiln. You will then learn to polish and finish your jewellery before adding a sterling silver chain.
